Lab facilities

AMMPI's laboratory instruments and facilities include a great range of material testing equipment and instrument. Some of these equipment are located in AMMPI's lab and other are in MRF Lab. AMMPI is determined to equip and backup students and scientists to experiment their ideas and gain success and achievement. Here you can see the list of specific equipment for AMMPI. we invite you to come and visit us in our office located here in Discovery Park in case you need experimental assistance. Here also a list is provided for all the equipment accessible to AMMPI's members which will be helpful for your experiments.

PPMS DynaCool

The popular Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) from Quantum Design is now available in a truly cryogen-free package. The PPMS DynaCool, Quantum Design’s latest development effort, uses a single two-stage Pulse Tube cooler to cool both the superconducting magnet and the temperature control system, providing a low vibration environment for sample measurements.

The Princeton Applied Research VersaSCAN is a single platform for spatial measurements in electrochemical and materials experiments.  Traditional electrochemical experiments measure an average response across the entire electrode/electrolyte interface. However, samples are not always homogenous – often there are areas of passivate/active nature or anodic/cathodic character.

Acoustic Microscope

The Gen6™ C-Mode Scanning Acoustic Microscope is the newest generation of Acoustic Micro Imaging (AMI) instruments and has the most comprehensive range of analytical capabilities, accuracy and resolution. As the follow on product to the firmly established and well known Gen5, the Gen6 has many new analysis capabilities features as well as the new, intuitive, easy-to-use Sonolytics operating platform.
